A ride along the Conero paths.
This suggestive circular route extends from Marcelli di Numana to Ancona, crossing various historic hamlets such as Poggio, Massignano and Varano on country roads with little traffic. Along the way, it is not uncommon to meet people on horseback.
The ride offers the opportunity to fully enjoy the silence and natural landscapes offered by the surrounding countryside. It is possible and recommended to make stops along the way to admire the beauty of nature.
If you want to reduce the total length of the route, you can omit the two diversions, Portonovo and Cima del Conero, and continue along the main route.
During the return, in Massignano you can choose between two options: continue along the main road or take a country road that crosses Monte Conero. However, this second option is only recommended for drivers with a minimum of experience due to the rough road surface. It is also important to keep in mind that the route cannot be taken in the opposite direction in this section due to traffic restrictions.
